1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Morocco Tours Experts (moroccotoursexperts.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services or book tours with us.

2. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings made via our website, email, or WhatsApp are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is confirmed once we receive your confirmation request and deposit (where applicable) and send you an official booking confirmation.

3. Pricing & Payment

All tour prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) or Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) unless specified otherwise. Prices include transportation in comfortable air-conditioned vehicles, professional driver/guides, accommodation, and specified meals as detailed in your itinerary. Lunches, drinks, tips, and personal expenses are not included unless explicitly stated.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to departure receive a full deposit refund (minus any non-refundable third-party booking fees). Cancellations within 7-13 days receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to departure are non-refundable.

5. Travel Insurance & Health

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, personal belongings, and desert excursion activities prior to arriving in Morocco.

6. Conduct & Responsibility

Travelers are expected to respect local Moroccan customs, culture, and laws. Morocco Tours Experts reserves the right to decline service to any individual whose behavior poses a risk or disruption to others.
